Take Mini Looping Videos with Instagram's New App 'Boomerang'

Instagram has released a new app today called, 'Boomerang from Instagram', which almost to me seems to be the Instagram answer to Apple's new iPhone 6S feature, 'Live Photos'.

Taking selfies or filming others, Boomerang takes 10 rapid photos and stitches them together to form a short 4 second looping back and forth video. For best results, Boomerang suggests you film moving objects with this app.

Once you have taken your Boomerang video, you can share it to Facebook or Instagram directly from within the app. It'll also be saved to your Camera Roll.

Some tech specs for those wondering: the saved video file is a .MOV using the H.264 codec at the resolution of full HD, 1080 x 1920.

10,000 iPhone 5's Used As Domino's [VIDEO]

No, it's not real. It's CG. But check it out anyway. This is what 10,000 iPhone 5's perfectly lined up and used as Domino's would look like.

The video comes from animators, Aatma Studio, who have also made iPhone CG videos like an iPhone that you can 'pinch and zoom' into a iPad.

This Domino video was "imagined as an advertisement for the iPhone 5 concept feature of NFC." (Near Field Communications).  NFC is the ability of content from one iPhone being passed into another.

Meet The Angry Birds Flock With New 'Angry Birds Toons'

Angry Birds Toons is here!

The new animated series which can be found inside any paid iOS or Android Angry Birds game.

So far Angry Birds Toons features 'Meet the Flock', a 'Behind the Scenes' look at the Angry Birds Toons studio and the first official episode, 'Chuck Time' which focuses on Yellow Bird, also known as 'Chuck'.

There will be a new episode available to watch every weekend.
